the queenslander loft 3x2
The Loft Series was born out of the popularity of our Queenslander design and demand from our clients for a loft to be incorporated into these designs. This series features our new Queenslander 5 bedroom design, the 3 bedroom design and the smaller 3 bedroom Getaway Loft.
The Queenslanders feature large kitchens with walk-in pantries and stainless steel appliances. Elegant timber French doors adorn the front elevation and step out onto large decks perfect for entertaining. The upstairs bedrooms and ensuite are spacious and include a master retreat area. The upper floor features a high raking ceiling with exposed beams to the loft and this ceiling design flows through to the outside on your own private balcony.
The Getaway Loft includes a large galley kitchen with a walk-in pantry and spacious living area and front verandah for entertaining. The upper floor is similar to the larger Queenslander designs with spacious master bed, retreat, ensuite and private balcony with raking ceilings.
Our Loft Series designs are so popular because they cleverly utilise the roof space creating a spacious home to accommodate the differing needs of our clientele, from couples retiring to the country, a growing family's holiday home, or as an investment rental.
